Help run a 70-cow grass-fed dairy: milking schedules, pasture plans, and a crew of five.
Little Fern is a family dairy that ships to a small creamery down the road. We're looking for someone ready to step into management: scheduling milking shifts, keeping herd records, and planning grazing with the owners.
You'll need at least three years on a dairy. Housing is a farmhouse apartment.
