Seed, weed, harvest, and wash-pack on a two-acre no-till garden that feeds 180 CSA members.
We grow forty kinds of vegetables on permanent beds and never till. You'll join a crew of four from April through October, working a mix of field days and wash-pack days.
No farm experience needed if you're comfortable lifting 40 pounds and working in the rain. We teach everything else, from transplanting to running the walk-in cooler.
Four ten-hour days a week, with Fridays off.
